Walter D. Cusick, a patrolman on the police force since January 12, 1907, is a native of Montgomery County, having been born at Brookville on March 27, 1870. He attended the public schools of that city, and decided to become a decorator on leaving school. Dayton offered more opportunities in this line of work, and Mr. Cusick subsequently removed there. He tired of this trade after several years and successfully sought for a place on the police force. Mr. Cusick is prominently identified with a lodge of the Knights of Pythias, and is well and favorably known. He has a wife, Mary, and one daughter, Marie.
