Roy Harry Fair, another of the new members of the Dayton police force, was born in the city of Dayton, on July 6, 181. He has been covering a "beat" on the force since February 19, 1910, when he was appointed patrolman. Mr. Fair received an excellent education in the Dayton schools in his youthful days and was well equipped to enter the commercial field after he had left the school room. He engaged himself as a grocery clerk and followed this occupation until he received his appointment. Mr. Fair is married, his wife's name being Maude L.
