Frank Paul, a direct descendant of the sturdy German race, is a native of Warren County. He was born June 9, 1865, at Foster's Crossing; attended school and grew up in that neighborhood. He spent his early years on the farm, later drifting into the teaming business, in which he was engaged when appointed patrolman on the police force, May 1, 1900. Mr. Paul has proven an efficient officer and holds the respect of the department. He is identified with the Woodmen of the World. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have one son, Pearl William.
