Raymond A. Stewart, one of the popular patrol wagon drivers, who has been hauling evil doers since his appointment, October 2, 1901, is a native of the Gem City, his birth occurring on September 3, 1876. To the education while he received in the public schools he added the value of a course in the Dayton Commercial college. He also learned the assembling trade at the N. C. R. and was engaged in that capacity when appointed to the force. Mr. Stewart is a pleasant and unassuming fellow and holds the respect of his fellow workers. He is a member of the Independent Order of Foresters, and is single.
